Refund Policy
Guidelines regarding refunds and service cancellations.

1. Hosting Service Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our servers. Customers may request full or partial refunds for continuous service interruptions or significant technical issues if reported within a limited timeframe from the onset of the issue.
Refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to our administrative team at: admin@nextmediallc.org.
2. Processing Protocol
Once your refund request is received, our technical and billing teams will review the claim based on our Terms of Service. If approved, refunds are processed according to standard company policy, and the credited amount will be returned to the original payment method within a standard banking cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that not all services are eligible for a refund. Certain purchases are strictly non-refundable once activated or completed. These include:
- Domain name registrations and transfers.
- Custom software and web development deposits (unless specifically outlined in the project contract).
- Digital marketing ad-spend already paid to third-party networks.
- A la carte branding and completed media production assets.
